Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for leading end-to-end product design for web and mobile, creating scalable design systems, delivering high-fidelity UI across platforms, and ensuring accessibility and RTL support for Arabic products. Drives discovery to final delivery, conducts usability testing, builds interactive prototypes, collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and communicates design rationale to stakeholders. Requires strong Figma expertise, wireframing and prototyping skills, experience with design systems, and fluency in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Design Systems, Component Architecture, Interactive Prototyping
- Strong experience in Wireframing, User flows, Interactive prototyping, High-fidelity visual design
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Strong hands-on experience designing for RTL (Right-to-Left) interfaces and Arabic digital products
- Proven experience working on real-world digital products from concept to launch
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and modern UX methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile product environments
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and handoff processes
- Experience using tools such as FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira, or similar collaboration platforms
- Knowledge of UX research and data-driven design approaches
