Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for the Salesforce front-end redesign, driving the transition to Lightning Web Components from discovery through final specs. Design intuitive components aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System, produce wireframes and prototypes for engineering handoff, and define scalable design patterns and guidelines. Collaborate with Salesforce engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure designs meet LWC constraints and support AI workflows. Own the full design process with minimal oversight on this high-impact, six-month contract featuring flexible remote engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Significant time on enterprise SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work and complex enterprise application design
- Ability to work closely with engineers and communicate design intent clearly in technical contexts
- Experience owning a design project end-to-end with minimal oversight
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Visualforce
- Experience working within managed packages or AppExchange products
- Experience designing specifically for Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven hands-on experience designing Salesforce UIs, with deep familiarity with SLDS and Lightning Experience
- Salesforce UX Designer certification
