Job Summary
Senior UI/UX Designer responsible for leading user-centered design of web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes; collaborate with IT development teams to translate designs into high-quality digital products; translate complex business requirements into clear software design solutions; provide recommendations on best practices, user flow improvements, and current UI/UX trends to enhance product usability and overall experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience
- 7 years of experience in software product and user experience design
- 3 years of experience with Design software including Figma and other packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
