Job Summary
Lead the UI/UX design process for new and existing software products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, then develop wireframes, mockups, and specifications while collaborating with product teams to define requirements and integrate feedback. Create visually appealing prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility principles. Mentor junior designers and stay updated on industry trends to raise the bar for design quality. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on digital products and design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Angular/React
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles in design
