Job Summary
Design and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native, building reusable UI components and ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences. Integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into applications by designing prompts for Large Language Models and developing AI-driven workflows, copilots, and intelligent assistants using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI. Collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while participating in architecture discussions and performance optimization initiatives. Stay updated on emerging UI and AI technologies to recommend innovative solutions. This role supports the development of intelligent user experiences leveraging Python, Prompt Engineering, and LLM integrations within a hybrid environment in Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ Years
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or React Native
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern frontend development practices
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM-based application development
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI services
- Experience building and deploying AI Agents and agentic workflows
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
- Understanding of AI application monitoring, evaluation, and optimization techniques
- Hands-on problem solver with strong ownership
- Ability to bridge UI engineering and AI innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and modern frontend ecosystems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
