Job Summary
Senior UI Engineer based in Pune with hands-on React and TypeScript development, leading front-end initiatives in Digital Twin and Building Management Systems domains. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, designing robust system architectures, delivering high-quality React-based UI code, managing code merging and release processes, driving epics to completion, conducting code reviews, and applying Kafka, Redis, and GraphQL for efficient data processing and management. Focused on building scalable front-end solutions, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering complex stories through team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in the UI development using latest React and TypeScript framework
- Hands-on coding experience developing UI components using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Digital Twin and Building Management Systems (BMS) domains
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to devise solutions for difficult problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in system design
- Good database management skills
- Familiarity with React, CI/CD, and GitHub release management (preferred)
- Ability to mentor junior team members and assist with their deliverables
- Ability to conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
