Job Summary
Evolve the visual language, components, and patterns within the Design Systems team to refine color, typography, and hierarchy for a more polished product experience. Identify high-impact opportunities to modernize the interface, strengthening usability, accessibility, and brand perception across the app. Create compelling visual concepts and prototypes while building narratives around design decisions to influence stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Brand, and Design. Champion high standards of visual craft through reviews and collaboration, balancing aesthetic excellence with technical feasibility and documentation practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, or a related field
- strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other industry-standard software
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks
- Experience working in/with design systems
- Exceptional UI design skills
- keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics
- Ability to balance visual craft with practical engineering feasibility

- Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus)
- Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is preferred
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Familiarity with accessibility auditing tools and processes
