Job Summary
Elevate the UI standards for international outdoor sports eCommerce by acting as the primary UI reference for the team, ensuring high-level deliverables and consistent design practices. Translate user insights and business goals into clear, engaging wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and marketing teams to drive project fluidity, while actively contributing to the Figma design system through component creation, documentation, and developer handoff. Challenge design choices through user testing and rapid iteration to improve conversion and experience. Work autonomously to structure complex online conversion funnels and align the entire team toward a strategic design culture.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in UI Design
- Portfolio showing ambitious eCommerce projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of design systems
- Experience with components
- Experience with interface states
- Experience with design documentation
- Experience with design handoff logic with developers
- Experience working on complex online conversion funnels
- eCommerce experience (ideally)
- Lead generation experience oriented toward funnel/performance
- Fluent English
