Senior UI Designer

Job Summary
Lead design for key accounts by setting visual and strategic standards, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with UX Design Team and other leaders to improve capabilities and processes while mentoring talent and shaping team culture. Facilitate workshops, present design rationale to senior stakeholders, and build trusted relationships to turn business challenges into impactful digital experiences. Master Figma and scalable design systems, integrating AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping. Communicate complex concepts to executives and engineers, maintaining WCAG standards as fundamental design principles.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a same or similar role
- impressive portfolio showcasing sophisticated experience design
- deep understanding of digital platforms
- experience gained within a fast-paced agency environment
- Leadership skills
- ability to give constructive feedback
- enjoyment of helping others grow
- expert in building and maintaining scalable Design Systems
- ability to bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality
- view WCAG standards as fundamental design principles

- ability to speak the languages of UX Designers, Copywriters, and Developers
- Mastery of Figma
- fluent in English
- ability to effectively communicate complex design concepts to both executive-level clients and engineers
