Job Summary
Senior UI Artist for Big Farm Homestead, owning UI end-to-end from wireframes and flows to in-engine integration in Unity. Craft polished, on-brand UI art (icons, illustrations, banners, offer visuals) and integrate UI into Unity (prefabs, anchors, layouts, responsive scaling) while ensuring quality across mobile. Collaborate with the Sunshine Island team to adapt designs and share learnings, maintain and extend the UI design system, and bring UI to life with animations (Timeline, DOTween, Animator). Stay current with tooling, advocate for players, and work with design, art, QA, and engineering across time zones. Desired background includes mobile game UI production, Unity integration, strong design skills in Figma and Adobe CC, and experience with AI-assisted workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in UI/UX design and UI production in the mobile gaming industry
- Strong artistic skills with a portfolio of UI artwork: icons, illustrations, banners and event visuals from concept to final asset
- Proven hands-on experience integrating UI in Unity (UGUI, prefabs, anchors, layouts, responsive scaling for mobile)
- Strong UI animation skills in Unity using Timeline, DOTween, Animator
- Proficient in Figma for design, handoff and design-system work
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) - deliver high-quality icons, illustrations, banners, offer images
- Comfortable with Git (or equivalent VCS)
- Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration across time zones
- Solid understanding of UI/UX information architecture and mobile game standards
- Completed degree in Media Psychology, Graphic Design, Game Design or equivalent
- Sample work showcasing UI animation and shader experiments in Unity
- Curiosity for AI-assisted design tooling and shader effects
