Job Summary
Senior UA Manager (TikTok) responsible for owning TikTok UA for web funnels across our dating portfolio (e.g., Dating.com / DateMyAge) with a focus on USA + Tier-1 markets. Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with monthly spend in the $200k–$300k+ range; build and maintain account structures and tracking infrastructure; run a structured creative testing loop from hypotheses to learning to scaling; drive automation improvements and document best practices to scale the channel. Must have hands-on TikTok UA experience (web/B2C) with USA + Tier-1 exposure, budget ownership of $100k+/month (ideally ~$200k+/month), strong knowledge of Facebook best practices, and familiarity with automation/AI-enabled creative iteration workflows.
