Job Summary
As a Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney, you will advise high-net-worth clients on estate and gift tax planning, draft legal documents such as wills and trusts, and handle trust and probate matters. This position is remote but needs California Bar Admission and PST availability. You will also collaborate with wealth advisors and CPAs and may receive performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California
- Recent trusts & estates experience
- Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques

- Strong background in estate administration and trust litigation support
- Proven ability to manage complex estate plans and high-net-worth client needs
