Job Summary
Senior Trust Officer responsible for day-to-day administration of trust structures in Singapore, onboarding new trust structures, and vetting legal documents, with a focus on fiduciary duties, client relationships, and regulatory compliance. Will review new business submissions, liaise with external and in-house legal teams, and ensure alignment with RBC standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include portfolio management of high-net-worth clients’ trust relationships, maintaining fiduciary documentary files, reviewing financial statements, and supporting cross-border/trust-structure analysis. Proficiency in coordinating with Wealth Planners, Relationship Managers, and clients, plus adherence to FATCA/CRS obligations. Nice-to-have Mandarin/Cantonese for North Asia-based client communication; STEP qualification is listed as a nice-to-have.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years’ experience in handling Trust administration matters
- Strong technical ability in trust laws for respective jurisdictions and good operational knowledge of various trust types
- Legal, or other relevant legal-related qualifications
