Job Summary
Senior Trust Officer responsible for administering fiduciary trust and investment management accounts, managing tax implications of investments, preparing distributions, and supporting regulatory and client-facing activities in a professional wealth-management environment. The role involves coordinating with investment advisors, preparing court accountings, supervising trust-accounting processes, and participating in Trust Committee meetings to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and high-quality fiduciary service. Strong verbal and written communication, trust accounting proficiency, privacy, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach are essential. Requires extensive experience in personal trusts and a bachelor’s degree with JD and/or CTFA preferred.
