Job Summary
Manage trust, agency, and probate accounts as a trustee while providing day-to-day technical support for fiduciary account management. Deliver high-quality sales and service to Trust & Estate clients through presentations, relationship development, and referrals to other business groups. Oversee content and marketing materials for new business proposals, ensuring compliance with policy and profitability standards. Lead strategic initiatives, vendor management, and change programs to drive business goals and execute operational programs. Break down complex strategic problems, analyze data for insights, and design training tools to support team effectiveness. Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining rigorous risk and compliance processes to safeguard assets.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth / expert knowledge of Personal Trust Administration processes and procedures
- In-depth / expert knowledge of Trust Tax, Trust Accounting and Investment Management
- In-depth / expert knowledge of fiduciary laws including estate planning techniques, relevant tax regulations
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge
