Senior Trucking Operations Manager

Supervise drayage drivers and support staff, managing daily assignments, schedules, and workload distribution to meet customer service level agreements. Oversee container pickup and delivery operations between intermodal rail ramps, the Port of Savannah, and customer facilities while monitoring driver performance, hours of service compliance, and safety records. Partner with dispatch to optimize load planning, minimize empty miles, and resolve service disruptions in real time. Track and report on key operational metrics including on-time performance, turn times, chassis utilization, and per-load profitability. Serve as the primary point of escalation for driver issues, equipment breakdowns, and delivery exceptions. Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies; support ongoing safety training and incident investigation. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new drayage drivers. Design and execute strategic plans that align with operational and financial objectives, preparing and managing the annual budget, analyzing variances, and overseeing profit and loss management. Present regular operational reports to senior leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, 10+ years in transportation management, and bilingual English/Korean proficiency.
