Job Summary
Lead strategy, development, and execution of complex personal injury litigation cases, serving as lead counsel in high-exposure trials. Supervise and mentor associates, while maintaining exceptional client communication and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active member of the State Bar of California, in good standing
- Minimum 5+ years of litigation and trial experience, preferably in personal injury or elder abuse law
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload efficiently (50+ active cases)
- Excellent legal writing, research, and negotiation abilities
- Advanced knowledge of California civil procedure and evidence rules
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems (Litify experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach
- Demonstrated success in jury trials and strong courtroom advocacy skills
