Senior Treatment Coordinator -FVPP

Job Summary
Oversee and supervise direct service delivery for a treatment program, ensuring QA of initial assessments and development of service plans; coordinate referrals to appropriate services, provide group programs, and mentor coaches in group delivery. Conduct and lead trainings and clinical supervision, ensure timely completion of progress notes and assessments, manage a small caseload when needed, and participate in program development, data collection for research, and interagency collaboration. Maintain program integrity, support staff development, and present schedules and outcomes to leadership while upholding client confidentiality and ADA-required functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- experience in treatment coordination or case management
- clinical supervision experience preferred
- ability to conduct trainings and staff development
- data collection and outcomes reporting experience
