Job Summary
Lead global financial risk management by overseeing foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate hedging programs, including strategy development, performance monitoring, and compliance reporting. Manage global liquidity and cash operations through cash pooling structures, working capital improvements, and investment portfolio oversight to balance liquidity, safety, and return. Direct banking strategy and counterparty relationships while driving treasury technology implementations within SAP and related systems. Prepare executive reports on market risks, hedging programs, and counterparty exposure, and mentor team members on strategic initiatives and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management, capital markets, or a related finance function
- Demonstrated expertise in foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risk management
- Strong understanding of global liquidity management, cash management, investments, banking structures, and treasury operations
- Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and SAP or other ERP platforms
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external financial institutions
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CFA, CTP, or other relevant professional certification
- Experience supporting multinational treasury operations in a global organization
- Experience leading treasury technology implementations and process transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of treasury accounting, hedge accounting, and financial reporting requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvements in complex business environments
