Job Summary
Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role, developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships while meeting annual sales goals. Independently resolve moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges within the Treasury Management Consulting functional area by reviewing and analyzing factors that require in-depth evaluation. Lead project teams and serve as a mentor to less experienced individuals, ensuring deliverables align with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals and resolve issues. This hybrid role requires 30-50% travel and is based in the Enterprise Functions Global Payments and Liquidity team.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management solutions for organizations with revenues of $25 million to $100 million
- Working knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity concepts to effectively support client conversations and solution positioning
- Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
