Senior Treasury Analyst

Job Summary
Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions, leading account onboarding, maintenance, and KYC coordination with financial institutions. Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support liquidity management while assisting with FX transactions and short-term investments. Administer banking platforms, including user access and security controls, and maintain bank connectivity and data quality within the Treasury Management System. Prepare treasury reporting for stakeholders and support internal audits to strengthen controls. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and increase automation across the group.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Treasury or a related Finance function
- Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting
- Experience managing KYC processes and banking documentation
- Understanding of payment processes, treasury controls, and ERP-driven finance operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience preparing treasury reports
- Professional proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an international or multi-entity business
- Exposure to FX, short-term investments, or Treasury Management Systems
- Experience improving treasury processes or driving automation
- Familiarity with international banking operations
- Ukrainian language
