Job Summary
Manage treasury support for an assigned portfolio of properties, including research requests, banking inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing property support. Maintain accurate treasury records, support process documentation, and monitor bank analysis fees to identify cost-saving opportunities. Initiate and review electronic fund transfers, coordinate armored car and payroll drawdown services, and manage bank account lifecycle activities. Serve as a backup resource during peak periods and special projects, while partnering with IT to troubleshoot payment processing issues. Review daily cash positions, identify funding needs, and evaluate short-term investment opportunities. Based in Las Colinas, Texas, this full-time role requires five years of treasury experience in a multi-unit environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or another related field from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience in a multi-unit, multi-bank Treasury environment
- Experience in lodging or hospitality
- Strong online bank portal navigation
- High degree of knowledge of treasury operations and cash controls
- Knowledge of cash management
