Job Summary

Conduct daily cash positioning, monitor intercompany funding, and support the 13-week cash forecasting process with variance analysis. Partner with foreign finance teams to review projections, prepare monthly borrowing base certificates for the ABL Revolver, and monitor debt covenant compliance. Execute foreign currency trades on the FXall platform, reconcile outstanding intercompany balances, and compile financial data for weekly through year-end management reporting. Assist with liquidity management activities, audit support, and the development of cash management procedures. This role supports the Treasury and Corporate Finance function at Fossil Group, a global manufacturer of watches, jewelry, and leather goods.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and produce actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the treasury function
  • Strong written, verbal, and quantitative communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, or Capital Markets
  • Exposure to treasury operations within a multinational or multi-currency environment
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar financial systems
