Job Summary
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis and research on travel options to proactively anticipate traveler needs and sell additional services. Book domestic and international business travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations using Global Distribution Systems like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements while utilizing positive telephone service techniques to handle special requests. Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels. This role requires flexibility to commute within Mumbai to locations such as BKC, Andheri, and Powai, working onsite five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus and/or Galileo)
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Billing experience preferable
- Experience in EX- India, India Domestic and International ticketing
- Basic visa knowledge is required
- This role works Onsite 5 days a week
- It works from Monday to Friday (Regular Business Hours)
- This role requires flexibility to commute within Mumbai to locations such as BKC, Andheri , Powai, Sakinaka, Jogeshwari, Vikhroli, Worli, Lower Parel and Nariman point
