Job Summary
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis and research on travel options to proactively anticipate traveler needs. Book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations using Global Distribution Systems like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements while resolving issues quickly and independently. Collaborate within the team to coach and mentor colleagues, maintaining positive telephone service techniques and acting on special customer requests. This 24/7 operation requires flexibility for afternoon shifts and weekends, with training provided for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Amadeus and/or Galileo)
- Graduate
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Open for blended profile (Call, Email, Chat)
- Flexible and prepared to work afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends
