Senior Travel Consultant ( Visa)

Job Summary
Provide visa-handling travel arrangements for corporate clients, advise and arrange travel, and book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations. Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus; ensure adherence to travel policies and regulatory requirements; deliver proactive service and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement; flexible to accommodate a 24/7 operation including afternoon shifts and weekends. Visa hands-on experience and native GDS proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Visa hands on exp
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo and/or Amadeus)
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Understand travel industry (business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
