Job Summary
Search and confirm travel reservations for current and new clients while adhering to DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations. Provide consultation on client travel policies, industry information including low fares and exchange costs, and operational suggestions for improvement. Maintain active communication regarding current knowledge of supported travel industries and review commercial relationships. Fulfill all requests requiring industry-specific details and ensure compliance with necessary regulations. Work full-time during specified hours from 8pm CST to 8am CST weekdays and all day weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Travel Agent experience
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Schedule will be during these hours: start at 8pm CST to 8am CST during the week and all day Saturday/Sunday
- Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement of the role
