Job Summary
Advise and arrange corporate travel for individuals and groups, conduct option analysis and proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services, and coordinate domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and accommodations. Utilize GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, and related platforms) to book and modify travel while ensuring adherence to client policies and regulatory requirements. Provide proactive, high-quality service via phone, mentor teammates, and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Role involves a 24/7 travel-care operation with flexibility for night shifts (12-8pm) and weekend coverage. Strong travel-industry knowledge, attention to detail, and professional communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Galileo GDS experience
- Sabre GDS experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in corporate travel bookings
- Minimum 1 year experience in US and Asia bookings
- Proficient in travel policy compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
