Job Summary
Safely transport seniors living within the Westerville School District for appointments and errands, creating efficient service schedules and communicating directly with clients. Complete recordkeeping of services provided, work hours, and business-related mileage while picking up and delivering pantry items every other Thursday. Maintain proficiency with computers and Microsoft products to manage EHR systems and daily logistics. This part-time role offers 10-15 hours per week, including up to 3 hours every other Thursday, with an hourly rate of $15.00. Concord Counseling, a non-profit center in Central Ohio founded in 1972, supports seniors in maintaining a safe level of independence through these programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Ability to communicate effectively and present professionally with clients, Concord staff and the general public
- Self-directed and able to meet the requirements of the job working independently with supervision available
- Detail oriented and organized; able to create a transportation schedule that maximizes efficiency and meets the needs of the clients
- Ability to operate a computer proficiently utilizing Microsoft Products, and EHR systems
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess the minimum required car insurance threshold to transport clients to their designation
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
