Job Summary
Senior Transport Planner responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable logistics flows across BENELUX. Leads planning for transportation, defines and optimizes routes and frequencies, translates supply chain forecasts into transport schedules, coordinates with transport providers, and manages budgeting and KPI tracking. Plays a key role in process design, escalates operational crises, and mentors junior planners. Requires strong analytical skills, expert Excel, and fluent French and English, with demonstrated leadership in scalable logistics initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in transport planning
- Excellent analytical capability
- Mandatory mastery of Excel
- French and English proficiency
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a high-growth environment and structure scalable processes
