Job Summary
Senior Transport Coordinator at MegaGroup with responsibility for inbound/outbound transport flows, coordinating carriers and logistics partners, managing transport planning, ensuring accurate shipment execution and documentation, and driving continuous improvement in transport operations (Lean/6S, TMS enhancements). Role requires ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration with sales, warehousing, and stakeholders, and leveraging ERP/WMS systems and data to build scalable logistics solutions. Location-based in Veghel, NL; in-person work arrangement with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Knowledge of incoterms, import and export procedures
- Proven experience with ERP, WMS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, structured, and stress-resistant, with a keen eye for potential disruptions
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with drivers, transporters, and colleagues
- Fluent in English; Dutch a bonus
