Senior Transition Manager - Finance Credit

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transitions across finance credit for two European markets, partnering with client finance teams and workstream leads to execute project plans. Oversee knowledge transfer, process documentation, and training for new operations while identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and process gaps. Propose mitigation strategies to address operational challenges, track progress against transition plans and milestones, and support post-go-live stabilisation. Ensure customer experience, service standards, and compliance are maintained while driving process standardisation and operational excellence. Immediate start available for experienced transition professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of managing 3-5 successful transitions in finance operations
- Strong project management skills with experience across multiple geographies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Experience in shared services, BPO, or business process transformation programmes
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to navigate complex operational environments
- Experience driving process standardisation and operational excellence
- Available for immediate start
