Senior Transit Architect - Relocate to Vancouver

Job Summary
Senior/Intermediate Architect needed to design and deliver large-scale transit and transportation infrastructure projects in Canada. Primary responsibilities include contributing to the design and technical development from concept through construction, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and public-sector clients, supporting proposals and project pursuits, mentoring junior staff, and thriving in a design-focused, collaborative studio environment. Requires 7+ years' architectural experience, Canadian licensure or progress toward licensure, proficiency in Revit/BIM, and strong client and consultant coordination and communication skills. Preference for LEED ENV SP designation and experience in transit or civic infrastructure; opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized practice through impactful, city-shaping projects in Vancouver and Toronto. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience
- Registered Architect in Canada or actively working towards registration
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM based project delivery
- Experience working on large, complex projects with significant construction value
- Comfortable leading coordination with consultants and engaging with clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
- A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and team development
- LEED AP or ENV SP designation
- Experience contributing to RFQs, RFPs, and project pursuits
