Job Summary
Senior Transient Sales Executive focused on driving on-property transient revenue across segments (e.g., consortia, wholesale, special corporate, travel agencies). Responsible for soliciting and developing business within identified transient segments, upselling opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with Area Sales, Account Sales, and GSO to maximize revenue. Leads and supports the sales process from lead generation through turnover to events/operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and loyalty aligned with Marriott’s standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
