Job Summary
Senior Transformation Manager responsible for translating corporate strategy into tangible operational results across Fertin Pharma sites, owning and end-to-end managing strategic transformation initiatives, driving cross-functional execution, leading and enabling large-scale change programs, tracking execution risks and benefits, and reporting to executive management. The role partners with the Head of Strategy and Senior Strategy Manager, requires an advanced master’s degree and 5-8 years of transformation program experience, and involves international travel and a multi-site, regulated production environment. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential; English fluency is required. The position is based at the Vejle HQ with willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced master’s degree within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience with program & project management with focus on transformation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management/influencing capabilities
- Execution mindset and change leadership capabilities
- Experience from a production company and multi-site or international environments preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
