Senior Transformation Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze business requests to design automated system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements. Configure system settings, plan and execute business design, and create specifications for system requirements. Support planning and execution for integration and separation programs across functions from Day 1 readiness through steady state, assisting with end-to-end workplans, governance, and RAID management. Monitor TSA service delivery, validate performance against SLAs, and coordinate billing processes with Finance. Build, track, and report on synergy cases while surfacing emerging risks and facilitating governance reviews to drive timely decisions. Assist with executive reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis to ensure regulatory and compliance adherence throughout activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role
- Minimum 8+ Years Relevant Exp
Desired Qualifications
- Prior business partnership experience
- Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations
- Some experience leading structured analyses and project workstreams with measurable outcomes
- Results oriented with high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
