Job Summary
Build and maintain the finance capability inventory, mapping capabilities to standard end-to-end business processes like P2P, O2C, and R2R. Document current-state processes, systems, and controls while benchmarking against leading practice to surface gaps and develop prioritized transformation roadmaps. Develop analysis and business cases supporting varying initiatives, then track projects from design through sustained execution. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Business Technologies teams to align strategy and produce executive-ready artifacts for leadership decision-making. Support automation, standardization, and data-quality initiatives across the finance function. Operate with high autonomy on complex analytical work, presenting findings and recommendations to finance leadership and the executive team. Works 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with 30-50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance transformation
- minimum of 3 years in a Big 4 (or comparable national) audit or finance advisory practice
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation, controls, and financial systems in a complex or multi-business-unit environment
- 30-50% travel
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must be eligible for E-Verify
