Job Summary
Lead end-to-end real estate transactions for a Logistics & Industrial client across EMEA and APAC, overseeing acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, regears, and build-to-suit projects. Act as the primary coordinator for transaction execution, managing timelines, risks, and deliverables while advising on site selection, network optimisation, and lease strategy. Coordinate internal Cushman & Wakefield teams and external consultants to ensure seamless delivery, maintain client communication with timely reporting, and drive consistency in transaction management processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and data quality while adhering to account KPIs. This role supports the Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) Group within Global Occupier Services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial real estate and transaction experience
- Degree level qualification in Business or similar
- A proven track record in managing clients and delivering transactional real estate projects internationally
- Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
- Experience on BTS projects
- Brokerage experience
- Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to the role
- Experience in business development, networking and building relationships internally and externally
- Financial acumen
- Pro-active approach
- Experience in managing people and teams
- Ownership of project planning and delivery
- Good commercial acumen
- Negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally
- Minimum of 5 years of Real Estate experience or similar in a transaction management role in the real estate services sector
- Good communication skills verbal and written and is able to adapt the style to different situations and clients
- Ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
- Proven ability to drive entrepreneurial activity and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, maintaining an excellent quality of service
- Proactive and solution oriented
- Good commercial awareness and financial analysis skills
- Team player and enjoys working as part of an account team
