Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day transaction management for complex property portfolios, including market optimization, workflow monitoring, and budgeting. Implement client real estate goals by coordinating negotiations for leases, sales, and subleases while managing team performance and documentation accuracy. Lead strategic planning to identify occupancy cost savings and execute action plans for expansion or contraction. Ensure financial reporting accuracy, resolve disputes, and present activity to senior management during business reviews. Provide supervision to transaction coordinators and facilitate client meetings to align service areas with operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
- Bachelor's degree
- Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc.
Desired Qualifications
