Job Summary
Manage end-to-end real estate transaction activities for complex portfolio properties, including lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposal strategies. Lead transactions from initiation through execution, overseeing site selection, financial analysis, contract negotiations, and zoning. Develop and implement portfolio-wide strategies while analyzing NPV, cash flow, and IRR to advise clients. Prepare documents such as PIFs, BOVs, and RFPs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across finance, legal, and construction. Requires active Illinois Real Estate License, 6+ years in real estate transactions, and ability to work across multiple time zones. Sit in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License required in the state of Illinois
- Both industrial and office experience required
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in real-estate transactions
- minimum 5 years of portfolio management experience
Desired Qualifications
- retail experience preferred
- Healthcare transaction management experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet and other project management/workflow management tools preferred
- Ability to work across multiple time zones to accommodate global initiatives
