Job Summary
As a (Senior) Transaction Lawyer, you will focus on project and transaction management within the Corporate / M&A area, coordinating due diligence processes and managing signing, closing, and post-closing measures. You will engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues across various teams while working on complex cross-border transactions. The role requires a degree in business law and fluency in German and English. Experience in M&A transactions or due diligence is preferred.
