Senior - Transaction Advisory Services

Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services responsible for providing due diligence and transaction advisory support to a diverse client base including private companies, public entities, and financial sponsors. Key duties include data gathering, document review, preparation of quality of earnings reports, financial analysis of target companies, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and corporate finance support. The role requires interacting with Partners, delivering client service, participating in marketing and recruiting activities, and contributing to career development within the transaction advisory practice. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), 3+ years of related experience, 2+ years in transaction services/due diligence, strong modeling and Excel skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team; professional designations (CFE, CFA) or an advanced degree are a plus. The posted pay range is $96,290 - $144,450 and varies by qualifications, location, and other factors.
