Job Summary
Senior Training Specialist to scale customer education for Samsara’s Scale segment. You will build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based, one-to-many training programs for customers across industries, guiding learners from onboarding through advanced product adoption. Design innovative experiences that connect physical and digital assets to live sessions and Community experiences; create and adapt training materials aligned with brand guidelines; leverage in-house tools and AI to optimize training; demonstrate deep product expertise and handle live session logistics (registration, delivery, Q&A, polling, follow-up). Collaborate with CS Scale and the Education team to address knowledge gaps through programming, and champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally. Ideal candidate will have strong instructional design skills, ability to deliver at-scale programs and webinars, experience with LMS/Community platforms, and a track record of producing clear, impactful learning assets. Commitment to remote work within the U.S. and adjacent responsibilities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience teaching or delivering training, with at least 1 year in a one-to-many or scaled delivery model
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people at any level
- Ability to build digital learning assets using AI tools, e.g., video tutorials, job aids, and presentation decks
- Working grasp of instructional design and structuring content around clear learning objectives
- Self-directed and analytical; ability to learn new products quickly
- Ability to analyze engagement and impact data and iterate on content
- Strong prioritization and multi-program management skills
- Attention to detail and polished deliverables
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- 3–4 years of teaching or training experience; willingness to grow in a hyper-growth environment
- Experience with LMS and Community platforms; familiarity with webinar tools and virtual classrooms
- Background in SaaS product training
- Ability to work in a flexible, remote-friendly setup
