Job Summary
Senior Training Specialist at Medtronic responsible for developing and delivering high-quality privacy & compliance training content across designated regions. You will consult with leaders, employees, Privacy & Compliance, and Legal SMEs to design solutions for risk-based employee training, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and manage training programs through the learning management system across multiple delivery channels (in-person, online, webinars). Strong emphasis on content development, project management, and effective communication in English. Role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Location: Prague, Czech Republic.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Experience developing training content
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Practical knowledge of project management
- Fluent in written and spoken English
