Job Summary
Coordinate and lead live enablement workshops for Celonis partners and customers, primarily within the India region. Develop and deliver customized enablement journeys while consulting on using the Celonis Platform to generate organizational value. Build relationships with key accounts to understand enablement needs and create inspiring training materials based on feedback. Contribute to quality assurance programs and measure training impact to improve the overall approach. Work closely with internal stakeholders and global colleagues to deliver targeted training and stay at the cutting edge of Process Intelligence technology.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Business Education, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in creating and delivering training to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
