Senior Training & Quality Consultant

Job Summary
Assess, design, develop, deliver, and iterate core training programs for Programs & Affinity while engaging stakeholders to align initiatives with business strategy. Manage end-to-end delivery by designing online courses, modules, and materials, including developing learning objectives, storyboards, and scripts. Continuously improve instructional quality by developing and maintaining a quality framework, conducting work audits, and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Facilitate instructor-led and virtual soft skill trainings, review learning data to enhance effectiveness, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff teams. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance, representing the organization in industry forums and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role in learning & development environment including instructional design methodologies, change management learning technologies, facilitation and project management
- Experience in operational quality assurance or related role with similar responsibilities
- In depth knowledge in the areas of L&D, Adult Learning principles, learning management technology or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and web design/development
- Demonstrated expertise leveraging innovative learning technologies including social, mobile, micro-learning and gamification
- Highly developed leadership skills, with the ability to lead, coach and mentor employees
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, balance conflicting tasks and manage internal and external stakeholders
- French language proficiency
- Proven experience with recording and editing of video content
- This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
