Job Summary
Senior Training Instructor leads the development and delivery of capability programs across technical, product, and sales professional domains. Works with dealers, internal teams, and leadership to build workforce capability and strong learning outcomes. Delivers and facilitates training programs, adapts content to business needs, oversees end-to-end training delivery, evaluates learning effectiveness, and collaborates with external partners. Requires strong facilitation, stakeholder influence, and staying current with product developments; role includes regular travel across Australia (~35%) with occasional international travel. Mentors instructors and supports certification pathways with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical or product knowledge (agriculture, mobile plant, heavy equipment or similar)
- Experience delivering training or facilitating capability programs (technical, dealer or customer-facing environments)
- Advanced facilitation skills with ability to engage different audiences to achieve desired learning outcomes
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and influence outcomes without formal authority
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- A relevant qualification in a technical, trade, training or related discipline
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
