Job Summary
Lead education initiatives for Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management CRM team; develop and oversee a structured annual recertification program that reinforces marketing strategies and enhances technical skills; design and execute education plans for new product launches in collaboration with the marketing team; support in-person training, field coaching, supervision, and competency assessments for readiness and certification; manage training metrics and reporting to leadership; contribute to customer education programs and events for healthcare professionals; leverage instructional design knowledge to optimize adult learning and professional development in a healthcare technology setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years of professional experience in electrophysiology, nursing, allied health, engineering, and/or the implantable cardiac devices
