Job Summary
Senior Training Coordinator responsible for designing and maintaining training materials for government employees, managing the master training schedule, identifying training opportunities beyond known avenues, and overseeing the training & development budget. The role includes building a resource library, advising government employees on available opportunities, and ensuring compliance with federal training standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of training coordination/learning & development experience; Master’s degree may substitute 4 years of experience. Requires ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust (onboarding will require adjudication). Travel is None. Preference for experience in federal/government environments and familiarity with LMS/eLearning platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 10 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or program coordination
- Master’s degree can be substituted as 4 years of experience
- Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
