Senior Training Consultant

Senior Training Consultant to develop and deliver training programs for dealers and customer-facing employees, consult business units and dealers on training requirements, and maintain/measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Responsibilities include creating and delivering relevant course materials, gathering and analyzing customer service performance data to measure ROI, updating materials to comply with organizational policies, evaluating new training methods/tools for future programs, and collaborating with business partners and cross-functional teams (including engineering and Product Owner teams) across multiple time zones. The role emphasizes data analytics and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI) to support training insights and requires ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions, with a focus on the EAME region and Slovakia-based leadership. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in additional languages (Spanish or French) and experience in industrial/customer service or mechanical domains.
